Regional Trainer and Management Support for Holiday Retirement, a national company with over 300 locations. She specialized in onboarding General Managers with an emphasis on fiduciary responsibilities and customer service. Her communities included Idaho, Montana, Washington, and Hawaii.
Laura has been a business owner and operator for over 27 years in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Her company, HarmonyWorks, Inc., performed project design and development, along with construction management and consulting, and she was responsible for all company financials and compliancy.
Sarah Snyder
Sarah Snyder has been a culinary and hospitality professional for over 30 years. Her talent and passion for cooking, combined with a constant desire to learn, quickly made her a success in the industry. Over the years, she realized her real talents were in the analytics of the field. Efficiency, utilization, and organizational skills became tools to help struggling small businesses not only increase the profit margin but truly start to thrive. This led her to pivot out of the kitchens and into the logistical aspects of making a company successful.
She is a trained bookkeeper with Intuit and fully certified in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payroll. Whether it’s providing a clear financial picture through bookkeeping or facilitating financial analysis through accurate records and tracking performance, she is dedicated to delivering the financial information your business needs to excel.
Nina Ballinger
Nina Ballinger is an experienced manager in financial services, with a focus on collections. With over 20 years of experience in Customer Service Relations, she doesn’t solely focus on debt recovery, but emphasizes empathy, respect, and creative problem solving. She has trained a new generation to move away from antiquated, often aggressive, or impersonal tactics.
When she isn’t in the office implementing a new procedure, or improving efficiency of another, you can find her at the lake swimming, or hiking in the mountains with her beloved Jack Russell, Peanut Butter.

Ballinger Business Solutions was born from a shared realization among three professionals who had each witnessed the same problem from different angles. Small business owners across the Pacific Northwest were struggling not because they lacked talent or drive, but because they couldn't access the financial insights needed to guide their growth. Traditional bookkeeping services were either too expensive, too impersonal, or too focused on compliance rather than actual business success.
The three partners came together with a vision to change this dynamic. They saw an opportunity to combine their collective expertise in finance, operations, and customer relations to create something different. Their goal was simple yet ambitious: build a bookkeeping service that treats financial management as a tool for empowerment rather than a necessary burden.
